We at checkstone survey technologies GmbH respect your privacy and recognize that all personal information ("personal data") that you provide us with, have to be protected in appropriate ways. According to the high importance we attribute to the careful handling of personal information, we have developed the following data protection policies.
-
Like any other company we are subject to the rules of the Federal Data Protection Act. The competent data protection authority for checkstone survey technologies GmbH is the Regional Council of Leipzig.
-
As a member of the BVM we are also bound to the terms of the IHK/ESOMAR International Code for market practice and social research.
-
We store and process your personal data for the duration of the contract electronically, to the extent necessary to fulfil the contractual and billing purposes. Specifically, this means: if you have subscribed to the newsletter, we store your email address as long as your subscription exists. If you have applied for an assignment, we store the personal data thereby incurred, only as long as necessary for billing purposes of the assignment issuing companies (market research institutes) - as a rule this is three months.
-
We are committing ourselves to the principle of data economy, i.e. we will always use only the data, imperative for the particular purpose (Newsletter: email-address; job application: name, telephone number, email - address).
-
You have the right to demand information about what data is stored about you at any time. You also have the right to request deletion of your data.
-
We take reasonable and appropriate measures for the protection of your personal information from misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
-
We emphasize explicitly the fact that data protection for data transmissions in open networks like the Internet cannot be guaranteed at the current state of technology. You are aware that other Internet participants are, under certain conditions, technically able to intervene unauthorized in the network security.
-
We will share your personal information with third parties only in such cases, when the third party has assigned jobs, and you have applied for one of those jobs.
-
Something that we will never do:
We will never use your personal data for purposes other than those to which you have given us your express consent at testernews.com.
We will never give your personal data to other assignment issuing companies, without requiring those companies to use your personal data only for the purposes of participating in Mystery Shopping or other market research projects.
-
By using this site you agree to the terms of our data protection policies. Should those policies change, we intend to take appropriate steps to draw your attention to this change.
